Hi love, I’m Kimberly—a spiritual life coach, breathwork guide, and soul-led space holder for women ready to come home to themselves.
I’ve spent years supporting transformation through recovery, embodiment, and sacred self-expression. Breathwork found me when I had done all the inner work but still felt disconnected—and it cracked something open. It brought me back to my body, to truth, to presence.
Now, it’s one of the most powerful tools I offer.
If you’re craving release, clarity, or just space to be—this session is for you.
Workshop Details
Date: Saturday, May 24th
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Doors Open: 9:30 AM — Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in
Location: Willow House Meeting Hall, 221 Elm Court N Greenwood SC 29649
Cost: $33
Required: A brief form must be filled out prior to attendance (sent upon registration)

Please bring: A yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable.

Breathwork is a powerful modality and may not be suitable for everyone.
For your safety, please consult with your doctor before participating if you have any of the following conditions:
❌ Cardiovascular issues (including high blood pressure, heart disease)

❌ Epilepsy or seizure disorders
❌ Glaucoma or retinal detachment
❌ Recent surgery or physical injury
❌ Severe PTSD, schizophrenia, or other serious psychiatric conditions
❌ Any condition that may be triggered by intense emotional release or physical stress

Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of spots (only 16 available), all registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend and notify me at least 48 hours in advance, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future breathwork session or offering.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit or refund.
